  1. Chop the young cabbage, add green peas and chopped dill.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil. Mix the salad gently.
  3. Whisk the egg with soy sauce and fry the omelet. Let the finished omelet cool and cut into thin strips.
  4. Put the salad on a plate and gently slide it into the center to lay only a thin straw.
