Ham and Cheese Buns
I suggest baking ham and cheese buns. They are very tasty both immediately after baking and the next day. These buns can be taken with you to work, put the child in school or take on a picnic. The dough is kneaded on sour cream, which makes it soft, tender and does not stale for a long time.

  4. I had the dough fit for 45 minutes. Cut the ham into small cubes and mix it into the dough.
  5. If necessary, add a little flour.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. Cut the cheese into 12 pieces. Take one piece of dough, mash it with your hands, put a piece of cheese and pinch the edges, forming a bun.
  7. Spread the bun on a baking sheet with the seam down. We form all the buns in this way.
