  1. In a heatproof bowl, mix the yolks, liquid honey, and cane sugar.
  2. Put the yolk-honey mixture in a water bath and whisk until it thickens slightly. Cool.
  3. Beat the pre-cooled cream into a thick foam.
  4. Add lemon juice to the egg-honey mixture and gently mix with whipped cream with a silicone spatula.
  5. Put the cream mass in a shallow form and put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Get it, cut it arbitrarily, put it in a bowl and decorate with fruit, pour a small amount of liquid honey.
