Instructions
  1. Prick the eggplant in several places with a fork. Put in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Put in the oven, preheated to 220 ° C, and bake for 10-15 minutes. Then turn them over, cook for another 10 minutes, until soft. If you want to check, pierce with a vegetable knife. Eggplants should be taken small, preferably young, so that they are not bitter.
  2. While the eggplants are baking, prepare the sauce. Grate the pickled cucumber (one) on a fine grater, drain the juice.
  3. In yogurt (or low-fat sour cream), add grated cucumber, mustard and chopped dill. To interfere.
  4. The eggplants are ready. Let them cool for a few minutes. If you don’t like eggplants in the peel, remove it, it won’t be difficult.
  5. While the eggplants are cooling, fry the sausages on the grill or in a frying pan.
  6. Slightly cooled eggplants cut lengthwise, but not completely. Deploy. (as in the book), add a little salt. Brush the two halves of each eggplant with the sauce.
  7. Lay out the cucumber sliced into rings. Cucumber-put on the sausage.
  8. Close each eggplant by pressing it down slightly. Place the eggplants in a suitable shape tightly to each other. Cover the form with foil (I do this so that I don’t wash the form later…)
  9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
  10. You’re finished! Serve the eggplant hot dogs with the remaining sauce.
  11. Enjoy your meal.
