  1. Pre-soak semolina in yogurt.
  2. Whisk the softened margarine with sugar and vanilla, add the eggs and whisk again.
  3. The swollen semolina is introduced into our mixture and mixed well.
  4. Now sift the flour into the dough with baking powder, salt and cocoa. Knead the dough: it should not be thick.
  5. Halva cut or break into small pieces. Then there are several options for your choice: add the halva now and mix evenly, or pour part of the dough into the mold, lay out the filling, pour out the other half. But spread the whole mixture and “drown” the pieces of paste in it. One way or another, but it should be in the test, and it is in the form.
  6. Bake the cake at 180 °C for about an hour. (Of course, it all depends on your oven).
  7. The finished cake can be slightly soaked (I mixed a couple of spoonfuls of milk and liqueur and lightly greased the top so that it dries). Cool down and eat!
