  2. Mix mussels, shrimp, chopped tomatoes, spices, soy sauce and pomegranate sauce in a deep bowl. Spread with a spoon on the cocotnits (or muffin molds). The composition can be changed depending on your favorite seafood. It goes very well with a sea cocktail. But today I wanted mussels with shrimp.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon with a mound of sour cream and spread over the entire surface.
  4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on each mold.
  5. Place in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. You can melt the cheese, but I like the cheese to be golden.
