Instructions
Melt the butter.
Raspberries pour 1 teaspoon of starch. It can be used both fresh and frozen.
In a bowl, break the egg. It should be beaten with a mixer with sugar in a lush foam.
Add the melted butter and kefir. Mix it up.
Sift the flour with cocoa, baking powder and vanilla into the dough.
Knead the dough. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Pour the dough into a form lined with parchment paper. Leveling up.
Spread the raspberries on top. Unfortunately, my raspberries are frozen and juicy, which is probably why they are all cracked.
Sprinkle with coconut shavings.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 35-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
