Add the squeezed garlic, vinegar, ground coriander and chili flakes.
Pour over the sweet soy sauce.
Heat the oil and sprinkle the seasonings on top.
Mix it.
Take chicken fillet: boiled or baked; cut into strips. Add the chicken to the carrots. Also put finely chopped coriander. Stir the salad, let it brew for about 2 hours, as much as possible.
