The site presents many options for bean salad. But I suggest filling it with a stunningly delicious dressing, thanks to which the salad acquires a new, incomparable taste and aroma.
Rinse the lettuce leaves. Coarsely chop or brew with your hands. Put it on a flat dish.
Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, cut into slices. Put on lettuce leaves.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans, if necessary, rinse with cold boiled water. Put it in the middle. Peel the red onion and cut it into thin slices. Put it on top.
Cut the olives into rings. Chop the greens. Add to the salad.
Prepare the dressing. Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Cool and chop with a knife into fine crumbs. Pour into a bowl. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Peel and finely chop the hot pepper. Add garlic and pepper to the nuts.
Add soy sauce and olive oil. Mix well.
Add balsamic vinegar. I used balsamic cream. Mix well.
