White Bean Salad Recipe
A light, nutritious white bean salad with a wonderfully simple sauce. The combination of ingredients I really liked. Very tasty!
Instructions
  1. Soak beans in cold water overnight or for 8-12 hours. Rinse, fall asleep in a saucepan, pour cool water, bring to a boil. Simmer under the lid for 1 hour.
