Let’s start with moonshine. In warm milk, dilute the sugar, flour, mix and add yeast, and set aside for 20 minutes, so that the sourdough rises.
In another bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, vegetable oil and whisk everything with a blender until smooth. Pour the yeast mixture into a bowl with the creamy egg mixture. Whisk again.
Then sift the flour into a separate bowl.
Then add the flour parts to the creamy egg mixture. And knead the dough. It should be smooth, elastic and obedient, slightly sticky to the hands. You can add a little more vegetable oil, knead, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rise for about an hour.
When the dough increases in volume, you can start forming buns.
To begin, prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese with raisins and sugar.
Next, form small balls from the dough, roll out into a rounded shape and lay out the filling.
Then roll it into a roll.
And shape the buns.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If desired, the buns can be spread with egg.
