Tabasco
(or dry hot pepper)
Instructions
Chop the cabbage coarsely.
Finely chop the pepper, garlic and herbs.
Grate the tomato on a coarse grater.
Prepare a dressing of vinegar, oil, salt and sugar. Add tabasco and hot pepper to taste.
Add the dressing to the vegetables.
Mix thoroughly.
Place cabbage + dressing tightly in the jar in layers. Put it in the refrigerator for three days.
