- The products are prepared , the sauce is mixed, and now you can start roasting. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat up , add the mushrooms and fry for 4 minutes on high heat ( so that the mushrooms are fried, not stewed). Then add the onion and fry for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
