Defrost the chicken, cut at the rate of -2 pieces per serving (small pieces are easier and faster to bake). I just separated the shin from the thigh.
Add salt to the piece from all sides and rub the palm of your hand evenly with salt, sprinkle pepper on top.
Take a baking sheet, brush it with sunflower oil (quite a bit) and place the chicken pieces tightly together. Preheat the oven, lay out the chicken. Bake at a temperature of 250-280 * for about 40-50 minutes (the crust should be well fried, and the meat should be soft and juicy).
When it is ready, cut each clove of garlic into 4 slices (the main thing is large pieces, in general) and put them on top of the chicken pieces.
Turn off the oven and leave the chicken inside for 5-10 minutes.
Cooking mashed potatoes:
– HEAT the milk to a boil
– mash potatoes in mashed potatoes, adding butter and hot milk
(you can add greens to the mashed
potatoes) Greens and vegetables can be used as decoration, you can make a salad.
Combine all the ingredients and invite everyone to the table!
