  1. Peel the potatoes and send them to boiling salted water. Cook until tender.
  2. Drain the water, leave the pot with potatoes on the lowest heat for a few minutes. Excess moisture will evaporate, and the puree will turn out to be more airy.
  3. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes.
  4. Add cream cheese, salt, pepper and butter.
  5. Beat for a few minutes with a mixer, adding warm milk, to the desired consistency. Milk should be warm, otherwise the puree will turn gray. Add truffle oil to the potatoes and immediately start enjoying the unreal flavor.
  6. Put the puree in a baking dish, shape it with a fork in a spiral. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 degrees.
  7. Serve, sprinkled with green onions and lightly sprinkled with truffle oil.
