  1. For the filling, cut eggplant and zucchini into cubes, onion arbitrarily.
  2. In vegetable oil, fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the zucchini and eggplant, salt continue to fry for another ten minutes. Cut the parsley and add to the vegetables, mix, cool.
  3. Boil the rice in a convenient way with the addition of butter.
  4. For the meat base, chop the onion and garlic.
  5. Add seasoning, pepper, salt, rice, onion and garlic to the minced meat. Mix well.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form a meat biscuit: on a food film, distribute a portion of minced meat with a flatbread, put the vegetable filling in the middle and use the film to raise the edges of the meat tortilla (or in another convenient way). Trim the edges.
  7. Transfer the formed biscuits to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. In total, it turned out five pieces. Spread the processed cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
