Instructions
Pork fillet cut into pieces.
Put the pieces on the table and cover the top with a film so that the meat does not stick to the hammer, and beat it off.
Finely chop the greens and put them in a bowl.
Finely chop the cucumbers and add them to a bowl with herbs, too.
Garlic is either finely chopped, or passed through a garlic press, added to a bowl and mix everything, lightly salted.
Put the meat on the surface, lightly brush with mayonnaise, put the filling and roll into a roll.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, dip each roll first in an egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry until tender.
