  4. Finely chop the cucumbers and add them to a bowl with herbs, too.
  5. Garlic is either finely chopped, or passed through a garlic press, added to a bowl and mix everything, lightly salted.
  6. Put the meat on the surface, lightly brush with mayonnaise, put the filling and roll into a roll.
  7. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, dip each roll first in an egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry until tender.
