Mini Biscuits with Raspberries and Almonds Recipe
Not to bake a biscuit with a berry in the summer is a crime, yes, yes… In order not to be “arrested”, we will bake mini biscuits with raspberries and almonds, as in a pastry shop on the banks of the Seine. I recommend it.

Instructions
  1. To prepare the products, the oil should be cold. Sort out the raspberries.
  2. Turn on the oven to warm up. In the bowl of the combine, mix the sifted flour, vanilla, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add the pieces of butter, mix.
  4. Add the egg and brandy.
  5. Quickly knead the dough.
  6. Add sugar and starch to the raspberries, mix gently.
  7. Divide the dough into 4 identical parts.
  8. Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted workplace in a circle, 16-17 cm..
  9. And it is better to form biscuits on a baking sheet on which we will bake. In the middle of the circle, put 1/4 of the filling, 6-8 cm.. Close in a circle, overlap, slightly pressing the dough at the joints.
  10. Chop the almonds and sprinkle on the biscuits, most of them on the filling.
  11. Bake at 180 degrees, 15-18 minutes. Ready to transfer to the grill.
  12. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  13. France is known all over the world not only for its exquisite delicatessen dishes, but also for delicious flour products. Baking in Parisian pastry shops impresses with its diversity and is the pinnacle of the culinary art of the country. Few people will be able to resist the wonderful aroma and delicate taste of fresh confectionery products. Maybe the biscuits are not the most popular among ptifours and Milfaits, croissants and brioches, but they are also insanely delicious – with a variety of fillings, a beautiful brutal shape. And if you want a delicious and easy-to-prepare dessert, then a biscuit is what you need. Thin crispy shortbread dough and tender berry filling is the best dessert for guests “on the threshold”, and my mini version is also convenient for serving.
  14. … prendre un bon thé…
