Defrost the mussels, cut off the leg on which they are attached to the sheet with a sharp knife.
For the cheese and garlic sauce, grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mix sour cream with soy sauce.
Add grated cheese and garlic.
Pepper, add chopped herbs, mix.
Season the mussels with cheese sauce, put them in a mold, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 10 minutes at t 200 C in convection mode. Serve with white wine and lemon slices.
