  1. Prepare the green minced meat: boil the spinach and squeeze out excess water, cut the bell pepper into cubes, grate 50 g of cheese, ½ tsp basil, 1 tbsp dried tomatoes, 1 tsp garlic, 200 g minced meat, a mixture of salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix everything, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix again.
  3. Cut out a Christmas tree template from the paper and insert it into both ends of the mold, oiled.
  4. Place the cone according to the template on the bottom of the Christmas tree made of green minced meat.
  5. Cover with the top sheet of the nori.
  6. Prepare white minced meat, mix: 300 g minced meat, 1 tbsp dried tomatoes, 100 g diced cheese, 1 onion, ½ tsp basil, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Put the white meat on top of the nori, leaving a little stuck to the top of the nori.
  8. Next, lay out a sheet of nori and put a pyramid of green minced meat on it according to the template and wrap it in a sheet of nori again.
  9. Put the white minced meat on top.
  10. And also repeat with the third layer.
  11. Cover everything with white meat on top, brush with 1 tbsp.l. mayonnaise. We put it to bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  12. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with almond petals and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. You can eat both hot and cold.
