Prepare the chicken fillet.
Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2 parts and beat off a little with the palm of your hand.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Spread a suitable baking dish with bacon so that its edges hang down.
I took raw pork bacon, you can use smoked or boiled-smoked. But keep in mind that the carbonate and cheese are quite salty. So be careful with salt.
Spread the chicken fillet.
Then finely chopped tomatoes and dried green onions.
The greens in this recipe can be used any to your liking.
A layer of grated cheese.
Roast pork cut into thin slices.
You can take any smoked meat or ham.
Another layer of cheese.
Tomatoes and dried green onions.
Cover the fillets with hanging strips of bacon.
Cover the mold with foil and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40-45 minutes.
The finished meat is allowed to cool at room temperature without removing the foil.
Then put a small press on top (you can use cans of canned pineapples) and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down or overnight.
It remains to remove the foil and turn the form with the meat on the cutting board.
Remove the melted and congealed fat with a paper towel and transfer the snack to a serving dish.
Cut into slices and serve to the guests. A real decoration of the festive table!
