Instructions
Fill the buckwheat with a small amount of warm water and leave for 30-40 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, oat flakes and swollen buckwheat.
Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of water.
Add kefir, salt, butter and dissolved yeast to the flour mixture. Knead the dough.
Place the dough on a floured board and knead until it stops sticking to your hands.
The well-kneaded dough is put in heat for 1 hour.
Shape the bread and put it in a greased form. Cover with cling film and put in heat for proofing for 30 minutes.
The bread rose. Put it in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 35-55 minutes, depending on the thickness of your mold.
Fresh bread is ready! Enjoy your meal!
