Fry the oat flakes and walnuts in a dry frying pan, stirring constantly, until golden brown (pre-chop the nuts slightly). Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, walnuts, coconut chips, baking powder, salt. Mix it.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and pieces of soft butter.
Add the egg-oil mixture to the dry ingredients.
Mix the dough thoroughly, it turns out not quite homogeneous and sticks to your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin and leave it to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough thoroughly again. The flakes swelled, and the dough became more dense, homogeneous, practically does not stick.
Pinch off small pieces of dough with your hands and form small balls (if necessary, you can slightly moisten your hands with water). Arrange them at a distance from each other on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
