Instructions
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry with onions for 5-7 minutes.
Chop the dill and green onions finely, rub with salt. So the okroshka turns out to be more fragrant.
Cut cucumbers and radishes into cubes, add them to the greens.
Cut the eggs and potatoes into strips and send them to the vegetables.
Mix okroshka and pour kvass.
In a bowl, add a tablespoon of fried mushrooms with onions and a spoonful of sour cream.
