Pancakes with Mascarpone and Pink Jam Recipe
On this site, you will not surprise anyone with pancakes, but somehow I still have mascarpone cream and I decided to make pancakes. I really liked the combination of this cream and pink jam.

Instructions
The ingredients are like regular pancakes. You can bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe. I added more baking powder to make them fuller.
Mix sugar, salt, milk and eggs.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
At the end, add the butter and leave our dough to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Bake the pancakes and leave them to cool.
The cream is easy to make. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer – sugar, mascarpone and cream.
To a dense state.
We put the kettle on and in the meantime lubricate our pancakes with cream, add jam and serve as we like – a tube, an envelope, etc.
Enjoy your meal. Very tasty in combination with coffee.
