Instructions
Take two small walleye. I have already cleaned, gutted, without a head and tail.
Mix salt with spices and herbs. Rub this mixture on the fish outside and inside, cover with cling film and leave to marinate.
While the fish is marinating, turn on the oven and prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out a layer of onion, add a little salt.
Spread the carrot slices evenly over the onion. Also add a little salt.
Pour the vegetables with lecho (half a jar).
Put the fish on a vegetable pillow.
Put the rest of the lecho on the fish, trying to have more pepper on the carcasses.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the fish with cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Bake for another 15 minutes.
It turned out to be a very appetizing and beautiful fish.
Put the fish and vegetables on a platter and garnish with lemon slices, olives and herbs.
