Pita Bread Roll with Turkey and Cabbage Recipe
Pita bread rolls are very popular as a picnic snack. You can eat them while preparing a barbecue or barbecue, or you can use them as a main dish. I suggest a juicy roll with Turkey meat and cabbage salad.

Instructions
For cooking, we take the fillet of any part of the Turkey, today I have shins.
Cut the fillet into thin strips, preferably across the fibers, so it will be juicier.
Fry the fillet over medium heat in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce, pepper mixture, and stir.
The total cooking time is 10-12 minutes.
Preparing a cabbage salad. Thinly shred the cabbage, add salt, sugar, vinegar and lightly knead, do not press hard until the juice.
Add to the cabbage grated carrots, chopped dill, mix.
Take a sheet of pita bread, I have a wheat roll, it is thinner than pita bread and longer.
Spread the pita bread (roll) with a thin layer of mayonnaise, make strips of ketchup on top.
Next, put the cabbage salad, approximately to the middle.
Put the cooled fried Turkey fillet on the cabbage.
Tightly fold the pita bread into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to soak.
When serving, cut the roll.
Bon Appetit!!!
