  1. Cut the meat into portions 1.5-2 cm thick. I got 3 steaks.
  2. Roll the meat in a mixture of salt and spices and fry on both sides in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, until golden brown.
  3. Chop the loaf into crumbs (it is more convenient yesterday). A wonderful food processor helped me. Managed in a matter of seconds. Mix the crumbs with turmeric.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. For the filling, mix sour cream, egg, cheese and salt. Put the oven on preheat to 180 gr. Place the meat on a greased baking sheet. Cover it with the filling and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Press the crumb lightly against the meat with the palm of your hand.
  5. Put the meat in the oven for 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, turn on the upper grill with a fan.
  6. Serve immediately with a side dish, vegetables, pickles.
