  1. First you need to prepare cranberry sauce. To do this, put the cranberries with sugar in a small saucepan, mash the berries with a fork. Put on the fire and cook, stirring, until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Cool the cranberry sauce.
  3. Cut the meat with a knife into a layer. Beat it well with a special hammer on both sides. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Put the meat in a bowl, add the onion, soy and cranberry sauces and mix. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Roll the pork into a roll, seasoning with onion, cranberry sauce and crushed garlic.
