  1. Boil potatoes (5 pcs.) in salted water until tender. Then drain the water completely. Puree the boiled potatoes, add a mixture of dried herbs (parsley, dill, basil) to the hot mashed potatoes and cool slightly, add ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Dutch cheese (130 gr.) grate on a grater not large straws.
  3. Add the cheese straws to the warm mashed potatoes. Then add the egg (1 pc.). Mix the mashed potatoes well until smooth and smooth.
  4. Ham (100 gr.) cut into small cubes.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan. Fry the ham until golden brown.
  6. In the prepared mashed potatoes, add the fried ham cubes. Mix the potato mixture well again.
  7. Next, form small cutlets. Pan the cutlets in breadcrumbs
  8. Put the cutlets in a baking dish, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and send it to a well-heated oven and lightly bake the dish for 3-5 minutes. Then turn on the grill and brown the top layer of the cutlets on the grill until an appetizing crust.
  9. Ready-made hot cutlets pour any sauce. This recipe used sour cream sauce. The dish can act as an independent dish, or you can serve it with a vegetable salad. The side dish was a carrot salad. Bon Appetit!
