Peel the potatoes, grate them on the smallest grater to the state of mush, add flour, eggs, salt. Add finely chopped onion, sour cream, salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix. If you add mayonnaise, then be careful with salt.
Heat a frying pan well with oil, put a tablespoon of potatoes, put a tablespoon of minced meat on top, level and then put a tablespoon of potatoes again. Fry on both sides until nicely golden brown. The filling has time to fry, it turns out juicy.
