  1. The specified amount of ingredients is enough to cook more than 20 fairly large pancakes. To be honest, in the absence of a combine, I would cook about 1/3 of the specified norm. Wash and peel the potatoes and onions. The recipe specifies the net weight of potatoes.
  2. Using a food processor and a coarse grater attachment, grate the peeled potatoes and onions. If you don’t have such an assistant yet, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion.
  3. Discard the grated potatoes and onions in a colander and rinse in cold running water. Good compression. Put the potatoes and onions in a suitable container, add eggs, salt and pepper. Add salt, taking into account the salinity of the brisket. With the specified amount of salt, pancakes are obtained medium-salted, when served with cheese, a small lack of salt is compensated.
  4. Cooked and baked brisket is enough to cut into small cubes and add to a container with potatoes. Add the sifted flour.
  5. Knead the minced meat.
  6. Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan well for frying. Place on the pancakes heated in oil. I used a slotted spoon for molding and spreading pancakes to avoid getting excess liquid into the pan.
  7. Fry on one side until golden brown over high heat and flip to the other side.
  8. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on the other side, then turn them over again. Reduce the heat a little and bring the draniki to readiness. Place the finished pancakes on paper napkins to remove excess oil. The time of readiness of pancakes depends on their size and thickness, but, in any case, they are prepared quickly enough.
  9. Serve potato pancakes with sour cream, herbs and cheese. In the photo, sour cream, spicy basil and parmesan. Potato pancakes turn out very tasty, although without additional filling. At least my husband flatly refused any sauces.
