On a holiday, I want to surprise the guests, cook delicious, but very quickly. This side dish of ordinary potatoes is just that option.

Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare our main ingredient, and it will be potatoes. It should be chosen the same size, cleaned and washed.
Now you need to cut the potatoes into thin slices. You can do this manually or on a special grater. I used a food processor.
Just a couple of minutes – and thin, identical slices are ready.
Rinse the potatoes and dry them on a towel.
Lubricate the mold with oil and lay out the slices in a circle overlap.
Mix vegetable and butter and heat up. Stir until smooth.
Pour oil over the potatoes. Pepper, salt and sprinkle with dry rosemary. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Bake our potatoes in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 55-90 minutes. The baking time depends on the variety and thickness of the sliced potatoes.
Remove and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
