Potato Roll with Bacon Recipe
I want to share with you a recipe and show you how to make a potato roll in the oven. It turns out juicy due to the meat filling and tender due to the potato dough. Try to cook! If you do not eat meat, then you can add an equally delicious filling to this roll, which may consist of hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese and chopped herbs. But it will be a different story…

Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. For convenience, I suggest that you RUB a little undercooked potatoes, and grease the grater with vegetable oil. Mix the flour with the starch and add to the potatoes.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and melted butter, add sour cream. Mix everything and add to the potatoes.
  3. Knead the dough, not too steep. Leave to rest for 30 minutes. If it seems that there is not enough flour, then when rolling, just dust the table with flour.
  4. Melt the chopped brisket or bacon until it is cooked to a crisp.
  5. On the resulting fat, saute the onion.
  6. Roll out the dough into a 1.5 cm thick layer.
  7. Put the filling, sprinkle with chopped parsley, roll up.
  8. Cut the roll into 5-6 cm pieces. Put in a heat-resistant form and bake at 200* 30-40 minutes. You can fry the rolls on both sides in a frying pan.
  9. Serve with sour cream and vegetable salad.
  10. Bon appetit.
