Potato Slices in the Oven Recipe
The perfect side dish or an independent dish will appeal to everyone at the feast. The most painstaking thing is to cut and distribute evenly. Bake until cooked. Wings and two sauces will be served as a bonus to the potatoes.

Instructions
Peel medium-sized potatoes and cut them in half.
Cut into thin slices-half rings.
Grease a baking sheet or a mold with butter, my parchment is greased with fat.
We lay the slices overlap.
You can put more carrots, but it is better to boil it until it is half cooked. Sprinkle the onion rings on top.
Crumble the crushed garlic, add salt. Drizzle with olive oil, preferably with herbs or, as here: with truffle.
Pepper it.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Sprinkle with herbs: rosemary.
Oregano. Spicy paprika.
Bake for about an hour at 200°C in an electric oven with a fan or at 180 °C in a gas oven.
Lift a portion of potatoes with a spatula and transfer to a plate. Serve as a side dish.
