  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut into cubes.
  3. Cut onion and potatoes into cubes.
  4. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan until golden brown over medium heat.
  5. Add salt, cover, reduce the heat to low and cook until soft.
  6. Break the eggs into a cup.
  7. Pour in the milk, add salt and whisk.
  8. Pour in the rice porridge.
  9. Mix it.
  10. Pour the egg mass into the fried potatoes.
  11. Cover and “forget” for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Put the finished tortilla on a plate and serve with hot tea.
  13. Good Breakfast!
