Perhaps this dish can be called a casserole, I do not know. It doesn’t have a name, it’s my version of the dish. I usually cook it with white cabbage, but this time it was not found, so broccoli went to the dish.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, sprinkle with seasonings (I season without salt), add soy sauce, mix well. Leave to marinate for a while while the rest of the ingredients for the casserole are being prepared.
Chop the vegetables.
Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil, add carrots, cabbage and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cabbage stews a little more. Add salt, pepper and herbs.
Prepare the potatoes. Wash, clean, cut into circles of about 5 mm. The main thing is not subtle, so that the potatoes do not fall apart. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, mix well with your hands so that all the circles are in spices. I had potato seasoning.
We take a form, preferably with a lid, we will need it. I have a glass mold, I didn’t lubricate it.
The first two layers of potatoes are laid, like a tile, in an even layer to each other.
Put the potatoes on top of the stewed cabbage, smooth it out.
Next, lay out the chicken. Gently brush the chicken with sour cream on top.
Cover with a lid (you can cover with foil if the mold is without a lid), put in the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
