I offer an idea for a simple and delicious dinner without meat. Potatoes can be taken both young and ordinary, with spinach sour cream filling and under the cheese crust it turns out very appetizing and satisfying.

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into medium pieces and boil in salted water until tender.
  2. Spinach and onion cut, garlic pass through a press or grate on a fine grater.
  3. In a frying pan, pour vegetable oil, add butter. Spread the garlic and fry for one minute.
  4. Then we spread the onion, fry it to become transparent. Add the spinach and fry for one or two minutes, so that it becomes soft and lets the juice flow.
  5. Add sour cream, stir well.
  6. Add water, stir.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  8. In a baking dish, spread half of the spinach filling.
  9. Spread the boiled potatoes on top.
  10. Spread the remaining filling on the potatoes, evenly distribute it.
  11. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, so that the cheese melts and the potatoes are covered with a golden crust.
  12. The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped dill and served to the table. You can make a vegetable salad and a delicious and healthy dinner is ready. Bon Appetit!
