Autumn is rich in gifts, and one of them is a pumpkin. She is a frequent guest at our table. In autumn, bread turns out bright, fragrant, cozy. Please join us at our table.
Sift flour into a bowl (200 g), add yeast, salt, sugar and mix.
Pour the warm milk into the flour and knead the dough. This will be our leaven. Leave for 15-20 minutes, until the yeast begins to act.
During this time, prepare pumpkin puree. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, pour water and boil until tender. Beat the puree with a blender and let cool.
Add honey and pumpkin puree to the finished dough. Mix well.
Pour in the vegetable oil, mix. And gradually add the remaining sifted flour.
Knead the dough well for 10 minutes. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour, knead the dough and divide it into five parts, forming balls.
Fold tightly into a silicone mold (size 25×13). The bottom of the mold can be covered with parchment. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Brush the bread with yolk and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 35-40 minutes. Focus on your oven.
