Instructions

Boil the rice. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger. Cut the pineapple in half. Remove and cut the pineapple pulp into slices.
Fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes.
Add the pineapple pulp and fry for 3 minutes.
Add seafood and seasoning, fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice and mix well.
Lay out half of the pineapple, garnish with chopped coriander. Enjoy your meal.
