Instructions
Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Add grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
Add salt and pepper, add sour cream and mix well.
Cut the pita bread into rectangles. Lay out the filling from one edge.
And roll it up.
Mix raw eggs and milk.
Dip each tube in a mixture of eggs and milk, then fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
