  1. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
  2. Add grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
  3. Add salt and pepper, add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Cut the pita bread into rectangles. Lay out the filling from one edge.

  6. Mix raw eggs and milk.
