According to this recipe, very tasty rye bread is obtained. It turns out to be low, dense, it can be cut into very thin, almost transparent slices and it does not crumble. It’s easy to cook, and it’s a pleasure to eat it with butter.

Instructions
Our product.
Pour water, milk into the ladle, add honey and chocolate. Over medium heat, dissolve honey and chocolate. It is not necessary to boil!
Cool the liquid mixture to 36-37°C.
In the bucket of the bread maker, you put all the products in accordance with the instructions.
Select the program “Basic bread” (if there is a “Rye” mode – this), size – M (in my HP it is 400-500 g of flour) and click “Start”.
Here is such a bun obtained when kneading dough.
At the end of the program, take out the bread, wrap it in a towel and let it cool completely.
