  2. Let the mushrooms drain off the water. If the pollen is large, you can cut it off.
  3. Chop the cabbage.
  4. Chop the green onions.
  5. Prepare honey-lemon dressing – mix honey, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Mix well so that the honey dissolves.
  6. Mix the cabbage, onion and mint, pour the dressing and let it brew for half an hour.
  7. Ready.
