Salad “Far East” Recipe
Today, as they say, for a snack, I offer you the simplest version of the seaweed salad, and, at the same time, the most favorite, which I do most often. It contains only about 70 kcal per 100 g of the product and, at the same time, almost all the main vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

  1. In this salad, you can use ready-made pickled seaweed. I prefer to buy frozen. Boil the cabbage for 15 minutes. Then we throw it into a colander and rinse it, it may be sand. I usually pickle cabbage for the future. For 1 kg of boiled cabbage – 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 60 ml of 6% vinegar. Just pour vinegar over the cabbage, add salt, sugar and mix. In this form, it can be stored in a jar for a long time in the refrigerator.
  2. This is a kind of ready-made sauerkraut.
  3. Peel and chop all the vegetables: carrots, bell peppers and cucumber – straws, onions – rings. It is convenient to use a grater.
  4. Prepare a dressing of olive oil, mustard, salt, ground black pepper and vinegar. Add vinegar to your liking, since our sea cabbage is already pickled, sometimes don’t even add vinegar.
  5. Combine all the vegetables with the seaweed and dressing, mix and let stand for 2 hours. The next day, this salad becomes even tastier. Decorate with your favorite greens.
  6. Ready!
