  1. Prepare the products. Boil the eggs and chicken breast. Peel the onion and carrot. Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for-10 minutes. Chop the chicken breast, prunes, mushrooms, herbs and onions. Grate eggs, carrots and cheese on a coarse grater (one yolk can be left for decoration)
  2. Fry the mushrooms. (salt to taste)
  3. Fry the carrots and onions. (salt to taste)
  4. We begin to form a salad. 1 layer-chicken breast + mayonnaise (salt to taste)
  5. Layer 2 -prunes
  6. 3 layer-eggs + mayonnaise (salt to taste)
  7. Layer 4 -fried mushrooms
  8. Layer 5 -fried carrots and onions + mayonnaise
  9. Layer 6 – grated cheese
  10. Decorate the finished salad as desired and sprinkle with green onions. Let it brew in the refrigerator.
  11. Serve to the table and please your loved ones with a delicious salad. Bon appetit to everyone!
