Salad with Carrots, Radish and Cucumber Recipe
A wonderful spring salad that will diversify your menu. Can complement any side dish or meat dishes, good for kebabs. I didn’t seem to find it on the site, so I’m sharing it.

  1. Grate the carrots in a bowl on a Korean grater. You can, of course, on a regular grid, it’s more aesthetically pleasing.
  2. Cut the cucumber and radish into thin strips, add them to the carrots.
  3. Finely chop the onion, dill and mint. Add sour cream to the salad, season with salt and pepper. If you don’t like mint, you can do without it, but the salad will turn out as usual, and mint gives it a certain zest. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and serve the salad to the table.
