Instructions
Cut the pears into slices. You can pre-peel them if you don’t like along with the peel.
Chop the chicken fillet arbitrarily, sprinkle with 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, add a little salt and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Put the chicken fillet in a bowl, put the pears in a frying pan and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
For dressing, heat the vinegar in a saucepan, add sugar and the remaining soy sauce (1.5 tbsp.l.), heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring.
Put the salad mixture, chicken and pears on a platter and pour over the dressing.
