  2. Rinse the cabbage, remove the thick stalks, cut into strips.
  3. Peel the beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
  4. Wash the sorrel, dry it and chop it.
  5. For dressing, mix ginger, your favorite oil and finely chopped garlic.
  6. Put on a dish in layers: beetroot, cabbage, sorrel. Pour over the dressing, garnish with parsley leaves.
