  1. Peeled pitted avocado cut across half rings, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt. Cut the persimmon in half and cut into slices. Slice the cucumber crosswise, cut both parts into long strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Peel the quail eggs and cut each one in half lengthwise. cut crab sticks into slices about 2 cm thick .
  2. There are two ways of serving: the first – lettuce leaves are laid out on a flat dish, prepared ingredients are laid out on top in layers. The second way I cooked, in a salad bowl, tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces, lay out layers of crab sticks, cucumbers, persimmons, onions, avocado, greens, eggs.
  3. For the filling, mix all the ingredients: oil, vinegar, soy sauce and honey, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and serve. The salad is prepared just before serving, if you prepare it in advance, it will flow.
