Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients. Cook the rice. Soak the beans for at least 4 hours, then cook.
  2. Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. Place in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. Add vegetables to beans, rice and corn. Pour over the sauce and mix well.
