Seasoning (Italian herbs)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. Cook the rice. Soak the beans for at least 4 hours, then cook.
Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. Place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Add vegetables to beans, rice and corn. Pour over the sauce and mix well.
